How it works
How the Mobile Naturopath Service Works
The following steps outline how it is done.
- Click on the link to fill out the Health Questionnaire.
- Submit the questionnaire and we will either call or email (your preference) to advise whether your preferred appointment time can be met.
- Appointments can be made between 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday.
- We will email you confirmation of your appointment time details.
- Sit back and wait for your appointment time.
- On the day of your appointment, you will receive a courtesy call from Mobile Naturopath to remind you that one of our practitioners will be visiting you later in the day.
- When the practitioner arrives he or she will have already studied your completed questionnaire, so the consultation will be well on its way as you are asked any further questions. Of course, you may have some questions to ask them also.
- After the practitioner has exhausted their questioning and has carefully thought through a strategy and course of action, based on the information you have given him and things he or she has discerned through eye, tongue or nail analysis, they will outline a treatment plan. This will be gone through step-by-step with you and they will be seeking your input on this, as to whether it is a strategy that you are enthusiastic about adhering to. If not, some other options may be available. Some possible treatments may include liquid herbs, nutrient supplements, diet plans, exercise plans, Flower Essences, relaxation techniques and other lifestyle suggestions. At this time you will be required to pay the balance of your consultation fee and you may be encouraged to make a ‘follow up’ appointment.
- Products may be ordered by credit card at the time of consultation. Delivery will be to your door within 5 working days.
- You will receive a ‘customer care’ email within the next few days. This will be a short, simple questionnaire to ascertain your level of satisfaction with our service, which may possibly give us a chance to serve you further and also generally improve our service.
